John Neeleman2023-06-09Five stars plus for Scanwest. I had (what I feared was) an emergency situation. The oil light in my 2022 Mini went on. It said get it serviced immediately. I had had the car serviced only two months before. The dealer would not see me until the following week. Jiffy Lube abd Grease Monkey said the packed the tools to see what was going on. Scanwest agred to fit me in even though they were overflowing when th business. They soon discovered the problem was that the oil light malfunctioned. They did not charge me! My bill was for $0. When I tried to press my card on them they refused. Totally amazing, professional people.
Alex Song2023-06-03Good spot. Only had one experience with them so far, but they seem reliable. Needed a hose changed on an old saab, and it's been running well since the op. My only complaint is that they're quite pricey. I was quoted a price over the phone, but it wasn't including taxes and other fees, so it came out quite a bit higher than I expected once I arrived to pick up the car. Just a heads up.
