To our Valued Scanwest Customers:

We are obviously experiencing some unusual times. Getting the Covid-19 virus under control must be everyone’s top priority. The state of Washington has not shut down the Automotive repair industry as we are considered critical services, with that, it is our goal to remain open for business and take every opportunity to mitigate any danger to our team and clients.

With so many people at home, it is a great time to get your vehicle needs taken care of now.  Scanwest Autosport will pick up and deliver your vehicle at no charge to you (within a 15 mile radius of our location). We will inspect your vehicle and communicate what is needed, via telephone, text or email. When complete, payment can be made over the phone. There is no need to have any physical contact.

If you need a complimentary loaner car, we will bring it to you (within the 15 mile radius).  If you choose to drop your vehicle off in person during business hours, we suggest that you utilize our after hours envelopes and put it in the mail slot, you do not have to enter our office. The Client lounge is open should you need to wait for a ride or use the restroom.

Every member of our team is wearing fresh gloves every time they have contact with any vehicle, we are continually sanitizing all touch and heavy traffic areas of our facility, and of course washing our hands as frequently as needed.

Please join us and do everything possible to control the spread and transmission of this virus and get the world back on track. Some simple precautions today can make a big difference in our future.  We are open for business and prepared to continue to deliver the experience you deserve.

The mitigation steps listed above will be in effect until further notice. We are changing our business hours to four days a week, Monday through Thursday 8am to 5:30pm effective immediately.

Scanwest Autosport – 35 Years of Providing Service to You, our Customers!
